EXCURSIONS
Sharktooth Island
Fossil Hunting
The trips we’ve been on have yielded an abundance of artifacts, including all manner of prehistoric sharks, Mammoth bones, Camel bones, Horse, even ear bones of Whales dating back to the Pliocene. We have found much more than bones. Our antique treasure finds include bottles, buckles, and pipes dating back to the 1800s. Imagine the look in your children’s eyes as they come face to face with dinosaurs and the Civil War!
Sunrise or Sunset Cruise
We do both guided as well as unguided trips to several of our Marsh Islands, often referred to as Hammocks. These microcosms of our Salt Water habitats are often untouched and give us a glimpse of how things looked hundreds of years ago.
Beach Drop
We can take your group out and drop you for the day. It’s not all that unusual to see dolphins playing in the surf and waters surrounding these places. Take a rod and reel, and who knows, you may be able to catch dinner. Be sure to bring your camera as you will want to save these memories for a lifetime.
