Daufuskie Island Water Taxi Cost
Daufuskie Day Trip includes round trip and small personal carryon items.
Daufuskie Vacation overnight(s) includes round trip, medium suitcase/tote up to approx 45lb , carry-on (laptop/toiletries case etc). Cooler, groceries, bikes, etc. are considered extra luggage and will have a extra fee.. NO loose items please. NOTE Additional luggage is subject to fees, you must call ahead for pricing and availability.
Parking is limited $12 per night for each car that is parked overnight at our Marina. Please limit your cost by using one car for every 5 passengers.

Daufuskie Island Water Taxi Schedule
Accessible only by boat, Daufuskie Island offers a unique experience for visitors. Our water taxi departs from Bull River Marina located in beautiful Savannah, Georgia. The route takes you through scenic waterways and marshes between Savannah, GA and Daufuskie Island. The ride is offered ONLY during daylight hours, in the morning, and the evening. Reservations are required. Don’t forget to book your return trip from the island!
**NOTE** Runs at night are considered custom and are subject to prior approval by marina management.
Plan Your Trip To Daufuskie
Before you hop aboard our Daufuskie Island Water Taxi, you should rent a golf cart or bike to get around while on the island. Rentals are available from our friends listed below. In order to ensure that one is available when you arrive, it’s a good idea to rent ahead of time! The ferry boat to Daufuskie Island takes about 30-45 minutes from Bull River Marina to the County Dock and 60+minutes to FreePort Marina. We ask that you arrive early and allow yourself time to unload your vehicle and move it into our parking area when you arrive. Dock carts are provided to get your belongings into the vessel, private parking lot keeps your vehicle safe and secure while you’re enjoying your time on the island. Or allow our dockhands to help you with your luggage….they love to earn cash tips!
